Our goal is to present the Authentic Experience as if you were enjoying Sukiyaki at its origin.

The egg that was originally intended to be enjoyed raw.
It is bred in Japan and skillfully raised in Thailand, ensuring not only the highest quality but also a unique flavor profile with distinctive sweetness.
Niigata Rice
Niigata Prefecture is renowned for high-quality Koshihikari rice, known for its shiny grains and texture.
Niigata rice has a sweet, nutty flavor which contributes the overall taste to the Wagyu meat that dipped in Mori-Tama egg
